What I Got For Christmas

Christmas is well and truly over and even though its no longer acceptable to eat cheese and advent calendar chocolate for breakfast, I still have a little bit of festive spirit in me, so I thought I’d pass it on and share with you some of the gifts I was lucky enough to receive this year.

I’d had my eye on this DotCreates blog planner during the run up to Christmas so I was very pleased to receive it from my parents. Although it does have week by week reviews, I’m more excited to use the blog post/youtube video planning pages since they’re multi purpose and have all the baby steps needed to produce a good post already printed in a checklist for you! blog planner outside (1 of 1)

After seeing this mug on countless blogger’s Instagrams, I couldn’t resist asking for it for Christmas. Although I do drink a LOT of tea this will mainly be used as a photo prop and will hopefully up my own Instagram game!little miss blogger mug (1 of 1).jpg

I always love receiving Soap and Glory products at Christmas and this year was no exception. Theres just something so satisfying of having a full co-ordinating set of products from the same range and this year I was lucky enough to receive two!soap and glory 2 (1 of 1)You’d think that after working at The Body Shop for two months I’d be sick of the sight of their products but I’ve been a loyal fan of their Vitamin E for a long time now and it never fails me. My grandparents always ask me to pick my own gifts, so I chose a set including cleanser, toner, day cream and night cream so I had a full skincare set to kick off my new year with.vitamin E (1 of 1)vitamin creams (1 of 1)

I featured the Girlboss Workbook in my Christmas Wishlist and even though my Mam had already told me she’d got me it months before Christmas, it still came as a surprise when I opened it. I didn’t want to rush it and not take in all its valuable information, so I waited till I had a good chunk of time and settled down to fill it out with a cup of tea. I actually only got half way through and I’ve already got so much practical advice from it like cover letter writing and job interview tips. I absolutely love how unique it is and I could definitely do with some more resources like it in my life! girlboss workbook (1 of 1).jpg

I’m so grateful for everything I received, I’d love to know the best present you were gifted this year in the comments!
